Translation Zone(s) is a series of art/research projects and events that expand upon my PhD research into art-and-translation as a transdisciplinary practice. The form and format of the artwork/event depends upon its particular context and location. Collectively, they immerse participants in issues of translation, intercultural communication as well as language learning through arts practice – during the process of making, researching, executing, viewing, participating and evaluating the work.
I am currently running two action research projects:
